Avodah 3rd Party Open-Source Software Agreement
This Third-Party Open-Source Software Agreement is an addendum to the AvodahMed Platform Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) between Avodah and Customer.
Incorporation of Third-Party Terms
The Avodah Platform may incorporate or distribute Third Party Services or other software that is licensed by Avodah from a third party (“Third Party Software”). Use of the Platform by Customer and its Authorized Users is subject to the required license terms, end-user license agreements (“EULAs”), and other additional or modified restrictions applicable to the use of such Third-Party Software. All such provisions are incorporated into the Agreement by this reference.
Governing Terms
Availability of EULAs
A list of the Third-Party Software and links to the applicable EULAs will be made available upon request to Customer. Avodah shall maintain a current list on a designated webpage (e.g., Avodah’s legal page) to ensure easy access to the most up-to-date third-party terms. Requests should be directed to Support@Avodah.com

In the event of any conflict between the terms of the main Avodah Platform Subscription Agreement and the EULAs of the Third-Party Software, the terms of the EULAs shall govern solely with respect to the applicable Third-Party Software.
